I appreciate that in BTSD, you can grow professionally in different directions - outside of your main position. I came here as an android developer and managed to become a backend and a bit of a frontend developer. In the company, I realized that I needed to keep up with technologies and learned how to choose them correctly.
The main value of the company is people. Everyone has valuable experience and knowledge that can be adopted and applied in their work.

It’s cool when a company realizes you can only develop when all employees develop. The desire to improve, encouraged by the company, provides opportunities for personal and professional growth.
