To meet this goal, BTS Digital, the developer of the Social Wallet, has added new features to the app.

WHO CAN BENEFITS?
Residents of Shymkent and the West Kazakhstan region receiving social or housing assistance can now pay for gas with a discount through the Social Wallet. This pilot project, launched in partnership with JSC QazaqGaz Aimaq, starts in December.

HOW IT WORKS?
- Eligible citizens are identified through the Digital Family Map system, which automatically creates gas vouchers in the Social Wallet.
- You’ll get an SMS from 1414 if you qualify, notifying you about the voucher.
- Activate your voucher in the app by entering your household account number—no extra documents needed!
- Discounts can be up to 24% on gas usage within these monthly limits: Shymkent: 631 m³, West Kazakhstan region: 833 m³

The Social Wallet also tracks how vouchers are used, providing transparent reports to the government.
