BTS Digital has participated in Digital Almaty 2025, one of the largest technological events in the region. As part of the exhibition, we presented key digital solutions and participated in expert discussions on the present and future of artificial intelligence.

At the exhibition, we showed solutions aimed at improving digital user interaction and increasing the availability of social services:
- Aitu is a national digital ecosystem that includes a messenger, social feed, media and app platform. Its key principles are openness, technological effectiveness and usefulness. Aitu allows users to communicate, access news, utilize services and solve everyday tasks in the same space.
- Social Wallet is a popular service for receiving and using government support. It makes the payment process transparent, reduces paperwork, and makes it easier to receive assistance. Today, thousands of users have already appreciated the convenience of the solution.

In addition, Nurtay Abilgaliyev, CEO of BTS Digital, spoke as an expert at two panel sessions devoted to the application of artificial intelligence in education and the entertainment.
During the discussion, he noted that modern digital platforms should not just increase the user's time in the application, but provide a meaningful and useful digital experience.
"We strive to create a personalized feed that helps users solve real-world tasks, rather than immerse them in an endless stream of content. If the key performance indicator of the platform is aimed at usefulness rather than retaining attention, then the issues of AI dependence are solved at the level of the business model itself," Nurtay Abilgaliyev emphasized.

Special attention was paid to the role of AI in managing user choice. In conditions of information overload, AI-based recommendations are becoming an important tool for reducing cognitive load.
